Welcome!

PennswayBurgee
Pennsway Power Squadron serves the geographical area of Eastern Montgomery County, Lower Bucks County and a portion of N.E. Philadelphia.  The area includes William Penn’s “1737 Walking Purchase” of Land from the Lenni Lenape Indians at Shackamaxon (now Penn Treaty Park in north Philadelphia).  If you live in our area, we welcome you to join Pennsway to learn, practice, promote and teach safe boating for both power and sail boaters of all sizes (owning a boat is not a requirement for membership).

To learn more about the United States Power Squadrons (USPS), we invite you to log onto the links to our National Membership pages at: <www.usps.org/newpublic2/join.html>.  Read about the nations largest safe boating organization, our mission and objectives, the numerous member benefits, and how you will become a more informed and safer boater as a result of active membership.

Next, spend some time on our National website to learn more about all the member only courses at: <www.usps.org/e_stuff/member_courses.htm> and also the new USPS University seminar series and the new “Boat Operator Certification” program at: <www.usps.org/national/eddept/boc/main.htm>.
